On the road with The Strangers in Europe part 1

So it’s been a few days since getting back from touring Germany with Room Full of Strangers. I had to take a few days to decompress and get readjusted back to my regular flow. I think it’s about time to try to recap on our trip. Let’s start from the beginning.

We left Orlando at 8pm on 10/21 and after an 8 hour flight we landed in Dublin where we had a pretty lengthy layover before boarding another plane to Dusseldorf. Finally we were in Germany we met up with our booking agent Mary of Turbo Booking and got to meet Rosie the van we would be renting for the length of the tour. The first stop we made was to pick up our backline from Gate to Hell then it was off to the first gig in Cologne at Sonic Ballroom. This first night was our first taste pun intended of just how different Europe treats bands compared to here in the states.
